Johnny Manziel posture is important

It's not fair to make too many Johnny Manziel gestures in Washington Redskins bench. This is a lot of use gestures. But to be fair it important, it should be. Cleveland Brown rookie quarterback did he in a nationally televised games and many look, look at him. Coach Mike Pettine explains why it is important for him. "This is very disappointing," said Pettine. "We talked about playing like brown. We hope that our people is just like a Brown. We want to be a first-class organization. We have hundreds of thousands of children to attend our training practice. This kind of behavior is unacceptable." Position. Pettine and then add on Manziel thing is obvious: "he should know better than anyone, all eyes are on him." Manziel will be fined and life will continue. His teammates will rebound. But it matters. And here’s why. Manziel plays in a city that raised Jesse Owens, who went on to win gold medals in the 1936 Olympics in Berlin in front of Adolf Hitler. He plays in a city that was home to Larry Doby, the first African-American in the American League who dealt with constant and bitter racism. He plays in a city that was home to Jim Brown, who overcame racism and spoke out against it throughout his career. All of them dealt with far more than Manziel does on the field, and they handled it with dignity and pride, not with a junior high gesture. Manziel is friends with LeBron James, who competes as hard as anyone and has never done anything like that on the basketball court. Finally, Manziel team-mate Joe Thomas, he played every down every game because he drafted and professional Bowl every year. He has experienced all the 10 - loss of season, every season, but he made to the team. He never complain, never let their performance, despite the annual trick year after year after year. Manziel attitude is very important, because he couldn't spend his second preseason game without a classless behavior. He’s competition. What he did and said a lot of since he started camp. But this stance will be in the first camp more remember things. He can put it behind him and how he acts in the future, and he deserved a chance. But it is not the best way to start a career. Is not the best way to follow those who paved the way for him.

Clayborn settles on the left

The 20th Overall the NFL draft in 2011, Clayborn has always been the Tampa bay buccaneers every game started to correct the defensive end, he has been healthy during the past three years. Miss most about his second football because of a knee injury, but when he is in the squad in the premier pass - rushing spot all right-handed central defender.
No longer Clayborn work head to his fourth NFL season. Tampa bay dreams pass - rusher Michael Johnson on the first day of the free agent signing and anointed him march new right end immediately. Clayborn is not entirely the result of the downgrade, however, this is a new challenge, a hug. Clayborn now on the left side, he also take some shooting defense to solve the potential to provide an internal blunt the pain of the past.
Former university of Iowa star has been directly, so if not smooth transition, he would say. On the contrary, in the development, and even accidents Clayborn, he found that the left edge is to his liking. "I hate to admit it but now I left feeling more comfortable, so embarrassed when I returned to the right," he said Tuesday's training practice, a day after coach Lovie Smith praised his efforts at a news conference. "I like it. This is not the same. Everything happen faster, and you are less movement, so it was very interesting. "It's just different. Feel embarrassed, but now I feel comfortable, so I hope all goes well." Clayborn credits the tutelage of Defensive Line Coach Joe Cullen and Assistant Defensive Line Coach Mike Phair with helping him make the switch as painlessly as possible. He also personally took a step back and re-evaluated his approach to getting to the quarterback. Playing a new position forced him to analyze the game more closely and come up with some new ideas. "I think it's allowed me to be more creative, playing a different side this year," said Clayborn. "It's allowed me to study the game a little bit more to figure out how to rush from the left side. I've learned a lot about pass-rushing, how to get to the quarterback. [Cullen] and have Coach Phair have taught me a lot about how to rush from the left side and not so much coming from the blind side of the quarterback. I've picked up a lot." Clayborn was part of a deep defensive-line rotation that was probably the brightest spot from the Buccaneers' preseason-opening loss in Jacksonville last Friday. Tampa Bay's first and second-team fronts consistently invaded the Jaguars backfield, and while they came away with only one sack they kept Jacksonville's front-line offensive players from getting anything going in the first half. This is the external point of view, at least. Clayborn actually is not particularly satisfied with the trip. "I think people think we do well from the outside, but higher than our standard way," he said." We still have more work, more to do. We minus the take-away, this defense is based on the delivery. If we are not in turnover in the end of the game, what's wrong." Pirates of the defense will attempt to fix the problem in the next three weeks of pre-season. This is a right little detail. In the aspect of the overall situation, however, all things are good exercise Clayborn line on the other side.

Lovie Smith preaching patience

If it is possible to naughty and irritable at the same time, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Lovie Smith succeeded on Tuesday. Most of the time, keep a smile at the same time, Smith sternly to repeat the same message. He was about the importance of the patient. Don't have a lot of patience to Tampa bay. The fans and the media talk about Tampa bay in the case of the guard. Bucs have been rotating four players in two positions, and rookie Kadeem Edwards and Patrick Omameh won a team work on Tuesday. Lovie Smith said the competition is a process. “It’s part of the plan to give everybody an opportunity," Smith said. “There aren’t a lot of hard decisions in the end. If you let everybody play, they kind of tell you what they are. We’ll keep looking at different combinations and see who comes out on top. "It doesn’t have to be tomorrow or the next day. We have to be ready for Carolina (in the regular-season opener) and we have a little bit of time for that. Most of you want us to have everything in place the first preseason game. It doesn’t happen like that. Be patient. We’re going to look at some different combinations. We’re not going to get fined if we don’t name the starting guards tomorrow. This is our plan that we have in place. We’re going to let the guys compete on the field, and once someone shows us they’re ready for that I’ll let you know." Anxiety is not only a defender. Some fans seem to prepare after the panic in the preseason opener to Jacksonville, why a 16 wins 10 negative Bucs didn't look very sharp. They held the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night, Smith asked patience again. "The second preseason game, these products will not end," Smith said. "These things, It will happen. People must learn to wait. (media) and others, and we need a little patience and it will come. "Smith's patience is meaningful. Pre-season results don't mean anything and status of battle can take time. But it would be a good mood of Tampa bay fans if the offensive line in a better performance in Miami.

Pirates hard choices in the world

The wide receiver position may set the most curious I see Friday night's pre-season tour of the Tampa bay buccaneers Jacksonville jaguars, Because there are some good competition in the fourth, fifth and the sixth receiver, Bucs Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans as their beginners and Chris Owusu seem to lock to the team.
After that, anyone's guess.
"We have a group of people, not necessarily a big name," receiver coach Andrew Hayes - Stoker said." They are eager to prove his chance, every day at the highest level of competition."
Rookie Robert Herron was a draft pick, so he also is likely to make the team. That leaves a group that includes Skye Dawson, Tommy Streeter, Lavelle Hawkins, Solomon Patton, Louis Murphy,  Eric Page, Solomon Patton and Russell Shephard For the final list points or spots.
Everyone promised camp at every point, Every step in the preseason game most likely to be the final list.
